Phil is the truly the best of the best! I met Phil a few years ago because he saved a deal for one of my clients. Just as we were about the cancel the contract due to financing, Phil gave me a call with a resolution to the issue. He guided my clients to the closing table with their new loan secured by him! As a Realtor, I trust him with all my clients and for my own real estate transactions as a borrower. Phil is one of the most genuine people I have the pleasure of knowing. Working with Phil was the best decision I've ever made (the 2nd best decision was marrying the world's most charming man and raising 3 wonderful children).

Initially, I was tossing around the idea of buying an investment property in Utah, and Phil so graciously entertained all my questions and hypothetical scenarios. He knew it was a long shot and I might never "pull the trigger" but he was willing to take a deep dive into details knowing the likelihood of closing wasn't on the table any time soon (if at all).

Then, the world fell apart (AKA: COVID). Suddenly, a "primary residence in Utah" sounded better than an "investment property in Utah". So I decided to up and move my family to Utah (3rd best decision).

It was an impulsive life decision, careening further into impulsitive insanity when an offer on a home I'd never seen was accepted!

I know you're thinking "this person is crazy" and "I can't trust a review from a crazy person" (fair enough). But, regardless your personal thoughts on my life choices, the fact is this: Once my offer was accepted, Phil closed my loan in 8 days! EIGHT DAYS!
Now THAT, my friend, is crazy!

My bowels have a longer turnaround time than this. I basically pooped one day, decided to buy a house, closed on that house, and then had the pleasure of taking my next BM in that new home!!!!!
